The Digital Supply Chain Awards by SCE general regulation


• Principle of the Digital Supply Chain Awards

The “Digital Supply Chain Awards” will be presented at Supply Chain Event, which takes place on 1 st and 2 nd December 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. This initiative is designed to highlight the innovative digital offer in the supply chain sector to customers. It is being organized by RX France in partnership with Supply Chain Magazine.

• Article 1 - Eligible candidates

The Digital Supply Chain Award is held in French only and open to companies in information systems and tracking, management and planning solutions, transport and logistics solutions, automation and robotics solutions, exhibiting at Supply Chain Event 2026, who is not a start-up. All exhibiting consulting and services companies are excluded. The solution must have been launched on the market since August 2025. A demonstrator or mock-up must exist. The StartUp Digital Supply Chain Award is reserved for start-ups. You are considered as a start-up if you meet the following conditions: incubated start-up, composed of at least 3 people, created less than 5 years ago, whose capital is majority owned by the founders. Each application is subject to validation by the organiser. The maximum number of applicants is 15, including 5 start-ups.

• Article 2 - Contest process before and during the show

The competition takes place in 3 stages: - First step: the semi-finalists for the StartUp Digital Supply Chain Award and the Digital Supply Chain Award will be shortlisted remotely by jury members after the application deadline (using the application files and a scoring grid). - The second stage: on the morning of October 14 in, at the show - the finals of the StartUp Digital Supply Chain Award and Digital Supply Chain Award (with 15 finalists, including 5 start-ups, facing the members of the jury), - The third stage: December 1st , from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the Martha Cooper conference room or Cube Area (to be confirmed): the presentation of the two awards (1 winner for each of the two categories). - The order of passage of the candidates are defined by the organizer. - The passage of each candidate before the jury is carried out in two stages: 3 minutes of pitch and 3 minutes of questions.

• Article 3 - Awards

Two awards (StartUp Digital Supply Chain Award and Digital Supply Chain Award) will be given to the winners in both categories during the networking evening on December 1st , in the Martha Cooper conference room or Cube Area. It will bring together the press, the jury, the candidates and all the participants of the event. The jury also reserves the right to award other prizes and mentions on an exceptional basis.

• Article 4 - Entry formalities

In order for an entry to be accepted, entrants must submit their properly completed entry form through their personal exhibitor space before Friday 11 September at midnight.

• Article 5 - Truthfulness of information

Candidates undertake to communicate only information that is precise and truthful to the jury and in particular to avoid any omission or inaccuracy that might lead to an erroneous judgement. In the event of proven irregularity, the jury reserves the right to withdraw an award already made.

• Article 6 - Jury

The Jury is composed of 6 or 7 supply chain decision-makers from manufacturing and retail industries. All members of the jury attend the pre-selection of the semi-finalists and the final. The organizer defines the jury groups and the candidates they meet. The jury's decisions regarding the awarding of the prizes are sovereign and without appeal. 

• Article 7 - Assessment

During the pre-selection of the semi-finalists before the show, the jury assigns each candidate a score between 0 and 10. In the final, the jury indicates only the name of its favorite and each vote of a member of the jury is worth 1 point. The scoring criteria common to both categories are innovation, added value, the market challenges to which the solution responds and respect for the time of pitch and Q&A in front of the jury. The "StartUp Digital Supply Chain Award" category includes four additional rating criteria: legitimacy, credibility, attractiveness and action plan. Qualifiers for the semi-finals, finalists for the final, and winners are at each stage the companies with the highest score for their solution. In the event of a tie, a deliberation will be organised between Supply Chain Magazine and the management of the Supply Chain Event, in order to decide between the candidates.

• Article 8 - Image right

Candidates agree to the use of their image for any communication by whatever means regarding the Digital Supply Chain Awards at the organiser’s convenience.

• Article 9 - Conditions for the use of information

The organizer RX France undertakes to keep information regarding the candidates confidential, without their express agreement, except for the names of the award contact and founder, illustrations, name and description of the solution. This information from the companies admitted to the contest may be the subject of special communication to the press before, during and after the exhibition, and also to professionals via the event's communication tools (social networks, newsletters, website, etc.). The members of the Jury undertake to maintain professional secrecy. Any commercial and/or publicity reference to an Award that has been received must state the name Supply Chain Event, the exact title of the Award, the year awarded, and must specify the category.

• Article 10 - Acceptance of the regulations

Participation in the Digital Supply Chain Awards entails complete acceptance of all clauses of the regulations without any right to dispute the terms thereof and the results.

• Article 11 - Intellectual property

The winners authorize RX France to publish within the context of information and communications associated with the awards, their names, illustrations, solution name and description that they have provided, without having any right to claim any fee or remuneration whatsoever. They authorize RX France to photograph their products, solutions or systems free of charge and to reproduce these photographs free of charge in any press or commercial literature or any advertising vehicle. The winners guarantee to the organizers that they have obtained the intellectual property rights to the products, solutions or systems that they submit as well as the rights and/or approvals necessary for the aforementioned uses.
