START-UP DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN AWARDS - 2024 FINALISTS
Alki - Finalist
Name of the solution : ALKI
Description :
Our solution is composed of three applications:
- Alki Predict: Estimate the workload Alki Prod: Measure productivity
- Alki Plan: Team sizing We make workload forecasts by connecting to historical data stored in the WMS and adding relevant external data.
- Our artificial intelligence algorithm, based on self-learning (AutoML) and neural networks, enables us to generate forecasts 22% more accurate than market-available solutions. Then, we analyze current productivity from the WMS. Based on these forecasts and productivity, we optimally size the teams. Planning is done in a single click!

Hrc Software - Finalist
Name of the solution : HRC Software
Description :
Following two observations:
1. The SAP standard for mobile applications does not meet the ergonomic needs expected by end users;
2. The severe shortage of SAP consultants and developers makes the market extremely tight; We have designed the HRC Software application packages: ergonomic, efficient, and robust mobile applications for industrial companies using SAP.
These applications, deployable within 48 hours on a SAP environment, are divided into 4 solution packages for warehouse management, maintenance, spare parts management, and procurement process. No additional infrastructure costs and an off-the-shelf solution, compatible even when upgrading the SAP system — this is the promise we make to our clients.

Oplit - Finalist
Name of the solution : OPLIT
Description :
Oplit is a discrete industrial production planning software. The solution includes 3 modules.
- Master Planning: Ensure that my mid- to long-term product mix strategy aligns with my semi-finished product/component stock policy and the available capacity of my factories.
- Load/Capacity: Simulate finite capacity load/capacity scenarios to validate them and monitor your production objectives in real time with production indicators such as lead time and service rate, enabling strategic decision-making at the group level.
- Scheduling/Work-in-Progress Control: Semi-automatic scheduling based on predefined multi-constraint prioritization rules designed to ease bottleneck stations and provide simple, optimized WIP management on the shop floor. Planning is done at a very detailed level, down to the operator or machine. Simple and visual WIP management is directly displayed on the shop floor as queue views (Conwip) so operators focus on the most important tasks (projected delay, priority).

Dfya - ⭐ Award Winner
Name of the solution : MyExoBrain
Description :
MyExoBrain is a prepackaged solution based on industry best practices, designed to simplify and automate the management of procurement, inventory, and distribution. Powered by artificial intelligence, this digital co-pilot reduces manual workload, especially on Excel and reporting tasks, which can account for up to 50% of supply chain teams’ time. MyExoBrain’s goal is to free teams from routine tasks so they can focus on higher value-added activities such as proactive risk management and process optimization. Using advanced machine learning techniques, the solution automatically and dynamically identifies the best actions to take, leveraging simulations and decision trees.
For example, when a risk of raw material shortage is identified, MyExoBrain suggests the best course of action—whether it is selecting a substitute product, using an alternative supplier, organizing express delivery, or rebalancing inventory. This action is determined by taking into account specific constraints related to stock, lead times, capacity, and costs, to ensure an optimal and agile solution. MyExoBrain orchestrates and monitors the execution of actions in real time, measuring performance to guarantee continuous process improvement. It also enables real-time measurement of return on investment (costs, inventory, revenue...), providing companies with precise visibility on the impact of each decision made.
Fully configurable according to the specific constraints of each company, MyExoBrain is easy to implement and deploy, adapting to market changes and supply and logistics constraints. Its flexibility allows companies to remain agile amid rapid shifts in the economic environment and supply chains. Integrated into Microsoft’s startup program, incubated at Kedge, and winner of the French Tech competition in Saudi Arabia in 2023, MyExoBrain is much more than just an automation tool: it is a daily assistant to optimize operations and improve supply chain agility.

Sortandgroup - Candidate
Name of the solution : Multi-shipper Consolidation Platform
Description :
Our solution is a tool for instant calculation of the economic and ecological gains generated by the consolidation of logistics flows from multiple shippers. It is presented as a web interface allowing the configuration of variables, display, and download of consolidation results. The process follows a simple and fast chronology:
Step 1: Setting variables including delivery costs inherent to delivering a single parcel on a street, multiple parcels on the same street, and finally multiple parcels at the same street number.
Step 2: Uploading delivery files from the different shippers. A field mapping system smooths out the heterogeneity of file structures.
Step 3: All files undergo our validation, correction, and address normalization tools. At the end of this step, a single address can only have one unique standardized form. Undeliverable addresses are isolated and excluded from the calculation.
Step 4: Grouping all addresses with assignment of a status (isolated, same street, same street number). The results are then accessible in various formats:
- Summary table with economic and ecological gains, values before and after consolidation, and reduction in the number of streets with only one parcel to deliver.
- Map showing delivery points positioning, with visual identification of the change in address statuses (e.g., an address that represented the only delivery on the street before consolidation becomes an address where multiple parcels will be delivered after consolidation).
- Download of the result file, address by address. All files are anonymized; no client names or phone numbers are integrated into our systems.

Elemate - Candidate
Name of the solution : ELEMATE
Description :
Elemate is the software solution that helps companies and their consultants lighten the burden related to documenting the organization, the “who does what and how”: process mapping, assessments, procedures, and operating methods… Time-consuming activities that are nonetheless essential in Supply Chain professions. Our clients praise us for the ease of use, the speed at which processes can be designed and updated, and the ability to centralize and harmonize complex information.
Elemate helps capture data around business processes and produces a living, interactive map of the company. An architecture designed to capture and manage organizational information, a collaborative space open to “everyone” and no longer reserved for Process & Methods experts. Intuitive content creation modules (flowcharts, procedure-type documents, mappings) accessible even to novices; including import of existing formats (Visio, CSV, etc.). Access paths adapted so that everyone consults and updates “only once” the content that concerns them, for the benefit of all. Visualization and analysis modules automatically generated (diagrams, RACI, SIPOC, mind maps, audit reports, compliance checklists...) from business processes. A flexible depth: few constraints and the possibility to stay at a macro level or go very deep into details, both in writing and visualization. Far from scattered and heterogeneous documentation (MS Office documents, Miro, Lucidchart, etc.) and without moving towards expert but less collaborative solutions (ARIS, MEGA), we offer companies in transformation a productivity tool to capitalize on the wealth of knowledge contained in their processes and organization.
- Use case 1: A Supply Chain consultant works with their client on a WMS change. They save time with Elemate during business interviews to quickly understand and formalize the as-is, think about the to-be, and model this future functioning. They thus involve teams in the approach and create part of the functional specs that will be essential for successful change management.
- Use case 2: A Process & Methods department decides to refresh its unused document repository, often obsolete, heterogeneous, and difficult to access or modify. Over time, knowledge is transferred and enriched in Elemate with a unique repository of roles, tools, risks, documents, etc., connected to each process for a dynamic and living working base. I visualize and navigate within a few clicks to the heart of processes and all their connected artifacts.
